Individual, Family, and Group Therapy Offered In-Person in Houston and Virtually Across Texas
Do you struggle with perfectionism, anxiety, or self-doubt? Are you facing challenges navigating food, exercise or body image? Are past traumas or patterns playing out in your present-day relationships with loved ones? Maybe you've tried therapy before but didn't feel understood, still feel stuck, and need a new, creative approach that's designed uniquely for you—not a one-size-fits-all. If you've been weighed down by past experiences and are struggling to find clarity, purpose, direction, or confidence in life, you've found a place where your struggles are understood and your bravery in seeking help is deeply respected.
My goal is to help you process life experiences while introducing you to new, practical skills to face life's challenges. I value acceptance, authenticity, and humor, especially in the therapeutic process. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported on their journey to healing.
I have more than 13 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from George Mason University. I have specialized training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I'm a member of the Houston Eating Disorders Specialists (HEDS), Ketamine Psychotherapy Associates (KPA), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and Houston Group Psychotherapy Society (HGPS). With a special interest and background in training students and clinicians, I offer clinical supervision with a focus in eating disorders and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapies, as well as training and consultation services to community leaders and mental health providers. I’m a Texas board approved LCSW supervisor offering in-person and virtual clinical social work supervision throughout Houston and Texas.
